IT'S not a heart attack-inducing shock, but it is stunning that the Cleveland Cavaliers are No. 5 in the Eastern Conference standings.
The Cavs currently have a record of 29-19 following Tuesday's 95-93 cliffhanger win against the New York Knicks. The Cavs are actually only one win behind conference leader Miami Heat (30-17) in a very tight race in the East. The Heat are also a surprise this season with their all-stars Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo dealing with injuries. But it's hardly a surprise though for a diehard Heat fan like me. But I digress.
