FORMER senator and presidential hopeful Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. said on Wednesday he was willing to make his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) public but warned those who plan to use it for political purposes.

"I am perfectly willing to show my SALN, and in fact, I have been consistent in doing it before, as a public official," Marcos said in a television interview, citing the case of the late Chief Justice Renato Corona, whose critics maliciously used his SALN to impeach him.
