THE Philippine National Police (PNP) said that from 2,577, the number of granular lockdowns being imposed due to Covid-19 has ballooned to 38,598, with the region of Cordillera having the most number of residents affected.
According to PNP data, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) has 37,280 people under restriction.
