GUIDELINES for the establishment of an Ease of Doing Business (EODB) reporting system were launched on Monday by the government.
A joint memorandum circular was signed by officials such as Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez, Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd, Acting Budget Secretary Tina Canda, Acting Information and Communications Secretary Emmanuel Caintic, and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) director Jeremiah Belgica.
