SEN. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao was named as an "Ambassador for the Homeless and Vulnerable" by the international philanthropic organization Spring Rain Global (SRG).
The honor was bestowed to the presidential candidate as he led the groundbreaking of a community center of a housing project at the reclamation area in Barangay Subangdako, Mandaue City, Cebu.
