THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday said it has set the deadlines for the submission of annual reports of corporations through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST) platform.
The commission on February 8 released SEC Memorandum Circular 2, Series of 2022, which details the schedule for filing of audited financial statements (AFS) and general information sheet (GIS).
