QUEZON Rep. David "Jayjay" Suarez questioned the timing of the complaint that was filed against him before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for alleged illegal disbursement of funds that were used in the 2019 mid-term elections.
In a phone interview with The Manila Times on Wednesday, Suarez also said that he wanted to see the evidence, referring to the 90-page affidavit, filed by Eduardo Salcedo, Virgilio Paran, Noel Buenavista and Jose Pasia, all from Tiaong, Quezon, before the Comelec Law Office on Feb. 15, 2022.
