SENATE candidate and former Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. on Tuesday said he is in favor of the legalization of marijuana use for medical purposes.
If elected, Roque said he will file a bill legalizing the use of marijuana as long as it is to help ease the pain of cancer patients.
