HEALTH Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd said that he was open to ease some safety restrictions imposed on the candidates for the 2022 national and local elections.
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) had imposed restrictions on candidates on handshaking, kissing and taking selfie pictures with supporters to prevent possible coronavirus (Covid-19) infection.
