Concepcion: NCR ready for Alert Level 1

PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Wednesday said the National Capital Region (NCR) is ready to be placed under the least strict Alert Level 1, citing the downward trend in Covid-19 cases in the area.

"It is a must that we bring the NCR down to Alert Level 1, with positivity rates in the NCR now below the levels set by the WHO (World Health Organization), the NCR is ready," the Go Negosyo founder said as he welcomed the decision of Metro Manila mayors to lower the NCR's alert status from Alert Level 2 to Alert Level 1 starting March 1.
