AS the Philippines prepares for the upcoming elections in May, Senate candidate and former Defense chief Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro reiterated the need to strengthen the country's political party system.

In a statement, Teodoro said strengthening the structure of the political party system in the country would help voters to wisely choose their next leaders.
