THE Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) on Monday asked the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to unilaterally rescind the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) it entered into with Rappler.
It said that the deal signed by the poll body and Rappler on Thursday, February 24, on fact-checking, poll-related content production and voter awareness promotion was illegal.
