BACOOR CITY, Cavite: An incumbent village chief of Barangay Panapaan 8 was shot by two gunmen aboard a motorcycle on Sunday, March 13.

Col. Arnold Abad, Cavite Provincial Police Office director, identified the victim as Jaime Alamo, village captain of Panapaan 8, Bacoor City.
