THE Cebu-based shipping company, Trans-Asia Shipping Lines Inc. (Tasli) was granted tax incentives for its roll-on roll-off (RoRo) passenger and cargo operations in the Cebu-Cagayan de Oro route.
The Fiscal Incentives Review Board (FIRB) said the approved tax incentives for Tasli's proposed P1.5-billion vessel include four years of income tax holiday, five years of enhanced deductions and 11 years of duty exemption on importations.
