HEALTH Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd retracted his statement on a possible "Alert Level Zero" in select areas, saying that the government would rather focus on increasing vaccine coverage in places that are still under Alert Level 2.
Duque told a Laging Handa press briefing last week that the government was now discussing the parameters of an Alert Level Zero if cases continue to decline.
