THE local residential real estate market is set for a rebound this year after experiencing headwinds from the Covid-19 pandemic, Security Bank Corp. said on Thursday.
"The valuation of residential houses in the market suffered a decline due to lower demand, with buyers reducing their risk appetites," SB Equities Inc. President Warren Sy said in a statement issued by the bank.
