GLOBAL real estate consultant JLL expects data centers to expand outside of the National Capital Region (NCR) this year.
In a statement, the firm noted that JLL Philippines senior analyst for capital markets Carl Dizon earlier forecasted that those looking to set up data centers with larger requirements would have to look outside the NCR.
