NEW Civil Service Commission (CSC) Chairman Karlo Alexei Nograles aims to modernize public service delivery through the digitization of processes in the commission to further support the professional development of civil servants.
Nograles said that the country can no longer return to prepandemic norms, thus the need for technology-based, streamlined and accessible processes to enable the government to continue providing services post-pandemic.
