NATIONAL athletics coaches expressed their support for the Philippine Athletics and Track and Field Association (Patafa) after the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) slapped the National Sports Association (NSA) a 90-day suspension.

In a statement on Monday, the coaches said they were saddened with the Patafa suspension, but reiterated their support to their mother NSA just as they did last January, when they stood behind Patafa amid its row against Olympian pole vaulter Ernest John "EJ" Obiena.
