ALERT Level 3 will remain over Taal Volcano even though its restiveness has been reduced, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said on Tuesday.
Likewise, Phivolcs chief Renato Solidum Jr. told The Manila Times that the affected residents in evacuation centers set up by the local government units must remain there.
