WITH a little over a month left before the national and local polls, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) is still grappling with the slow process of delisting the names of registered voters who have died amid concerns that it would affect the credibility of elections.
Commissioner George Garcia said that the poll body continues to closely coordinate with the local civil registrar offices across the country for the list of registered voters who have died.
