ALIBABA Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group, partnered with Binangonan Rural Bank (BRB) for the launch of the bank's e-money issuance operations.
In a statement on Thursday, Alibaba Cloud said that together with its local partner Unicloud Technology, it will offer the Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) system, to host BRB's e-money digital app called "E-pon."
