THE Commission on Elections is all set for the second part of the series of presidential debates for Halalan 2022 which, it said, is expected to bring more fireworks among the participants following a change in format.
Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said on Thursday that the poll body will be participated in by all presidential aspirants except presidential frontrunner Ferdinand "Bongbong" Maarcos Jr.
