Anti-insurgency task force exec hits back at lawyer group 

THE National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac) assured the public that it was committed to dismantling the Communist Party of the Philippines and its affiliate groups, its spokesman said on Saturday.

Undersecretary Lorraine Marie Badoy of the NTF-Elcac for sectoral concerns issued the statement as she slammed National Union of People's Lawyers (NUPL) secretary general Edre Olalia for allegedly enticing its recruits to join the CPP, its armed wing the New People's Army (NPA) and its political group the National Democratic Front (NDF).
