DEFENSE Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said a Chinese ship spotted earlier this year entering Philippine waters was observing the war games between Filipino and American troops.
"Ang ginawa nitong barko na ito, meron kasi tayong exercise na nangyayari with the US force, US navy — ay minamanmanan nya (What this ship did was it monitored our military exercises with the US Navy)," Lorenzana said.
