PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte and Chinese President Xi Jinping have agreed to maintain peace, security and stability in the disputed South China Sea, as they committed to further enhance the two countries' bilateral relations, Malacañang said on Friday.
The commitment was made during the two leaders' "open, warm, and positive" telesummit that lasted for one hour.
