(UPDATE) THE Supreme Court has cleared former first gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo of graft charges in connection with an anomalous helicopter procurement deal involving the Philippine National Police in 2009.
In a 19-page ruling dated December 1 but was released just recently, the court's Fifth Division granted Arroyo's motion for reconsideration.
