Reiterating UniTeam's call for unity, former Defense secretary Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro on Tuesday expressed his willingness to partner with former rebels who peacefully laid down their arms.
"I congratulate them and want to partner with them in the path to national development," Teodoro said in an interview with Radyo Bandera Sweet FM Bacolod.
