THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said that the reported death toll due to Tropical Depression "Agaton" increased to 20 as of Tuesday morning.
In its situational report, the NDRRMC noted that of the said number, 14 were reported in Eastern Visayas. The other three were from Central Visayas and the remaining three from Davao Region.
