Russian envoy presents 'Russian vision of what is happening in Ukraine'

I would like to make some comments to the article titled "Separating the wheat from the chaff" by Mr. Olexander Nechytaylo, the non-resident Ambassador of Ukraine to the Philippines (The Manila Times, April 8, 2022).
