FIVE justices of the Court of Appeals (CA) and a Sandiganbayan justice were included in the shortlist of candidates for a Supreme Court post submitted by the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) to President Rodrigo Duterte.
The President will choose from among the nominees the replacement of Associate Justice Estela Bernabe who is set to retire on May 14.
