THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) tweeted on April 9 two newly proposed schemes that would allegedly reduce the volume of traffic by as much as 50 percent along specific major thoroughfares in Metro Manila.

The following are some of the suggestions to modify the vehicle reduction program of the MMDA. These suggestions came from the different stakeholders who attended the Traffic Summit of the agency last March)."
