STA. CRUZ, Davao del Sur: Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. (PSPC) is investing P1.7 billion to build its third-largest import terminal facility in Southern Mindanao, which will provide a more stable, undisrupted supply of fuel in the region.
PSPC on Friday, April 22, broke ground for this facility in Barangay Darong, Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur.
