AUTHORITIES arrested three men who claimed they can manipulate the outcome of the May elections by hacking into the system of electronic vote-counting provider, Smartmatic.

The suspects, who allegedly belong to the so-called XSOX Group, a notorious ring of electronic hackers, were arrested over the weekend in separate operations in Cavite and Laguna.
