SAN FRANCISCO: Microsoft reported strong quarterly earnings on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila), powered by demand for cloud computing.
The technology titan made a profit of $16.7 billion on revenue of $49.4 billion in the first three months of 2022, 8 percent and 18 percent, respectively, more than a year earlier.
