PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has inaugurated the P33-billion Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEx) project, which he said will provide a solution to "perennial traffic issues" of Metro Cebu.
In his speech during the inauguration on Wednesday night, Duterte thanked Cebu City Government and Cordova Municipal Government, as well as the Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC), and Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway Corp. (CCLEC) for the completion of the new "iconic" landmark despite challenges brought by the coronavirus pandemic and Typhoon "Odette."
