FORMER Malabon City vice mayor Jeannie Sandoval edged out her rival in the mayoral race in the latest survey conducted by RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc.
In the poll conducted from April 17 to 21, Sandoval, who is running under the local Kakampi Party, got 54 percent while her rival, Councilor Jose Lorenzo "Enzo" Oreta, got 42 percent.
