MAYOR Imelda "Emi" Calixto-Rubiano said her vision of Pasay as the first eco-city in the Philippines is the "big driving force" for her seeking reelection on May 9.
"Look at Singapore and other developed countries that are highly-urbanized and yet remain environment friendly. This is the Pasay City that we are aiming for, the Pasay City that we will achieve once reelected," Calixto-Rubiano said in an interview with The Manila Times.
