THE Department of Finance (DoF) said on Wednesday that the national government has secured a $56.6-million (about P2.96-billion) loan from South Korea to fund engineering services for the Panay-Guimaras-Negros Island Bridges Project.
In a statement, it announced that the Philippines and Korea exchanged copies of the agreement for the loan provided by the Export Import Bank of Korea-Economic Development and Cooperation Fund (KEXIM-EDCF).
