GOV. Daniel Fernando of Bulacan led in the latest election survey in the province with an overall average of 70 percent against his opponent Vice Gov. Willy Alvarado with only 28 percent.
Fernando is the popular choice among voters in Bulacan based on the surveys conducted in April by the North Luzon Expressway and Social Climate Research and Survey Group. He is also ahead in various online polls and other surveys conducted by local candidates in the province.
