ILAGAN, Isabela: The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has issued a 90-day provisional authority to operate 11 taxi units of Ilagan Public Utility Transport Cooperative (IPUTC), which were formally blessed and launched on Wednesday, May 4, at the Ilagan Community Center here.
City Mayor Josemarie Diaz said the 11 taxi units will ply across Cagayan Valley while 19 others will be added to the fleet. Diaz said they assisted cooperatives in their ventures on transport service which was included in the local public transport plan.
