MANAGEENGINE, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corp., announced the results of its survey, "The State of ITSM Two Years Into the Covid-19 Pandemic," following up on a similar survey conducted in 2020 to understand the challenges the pandemic has caused for IT (information technology) service teams.

The latest findings indicate that organizations are grappling with a new set of problems that were not previously deemed the top priorities.
