THE Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) again held talks with various independent tower companies (ITCs) as it conducted its public consultation on cell site construction problems.
DICT Secretary Emmanuel Rey "Manny" Caintic and several cell tower companies held a dialogue-style talk with each other regarding the various challenges the companies faced during the past two years since President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the agency to fast track the construction of these utilities.
