Dear PAO,

I am a person deprived of liberty (PDL) and almost every week, the guards are searching the cells (Oplan Galugad) of high profile inmates looking for contrabands. I heard from one visitor that the police, which has a territorial jurisdiction over the penal facility, intends to search my cell. Am I not entitled to the right of privacy? Can I require the jail guards or the police to present a search warrant?
