BUGUIAS, Benguet: A 22-year old man died and his two companions were injured when their vehicle rammed into the concrete railings along Halsema Highway at Sitio Nakiangan, Abatan, here, Friday morning.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Erwin Bilog, 22, driver of the ill-fated vehicle while his injured companions were identified as Delfin Maggack and Dominador Guanna, both 22.
