Fake 'complainant' apologizes to Lambinos

DAGUPAN CITY: The complainant who admitted to have fabricated administrative and criminal charges against Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon Secretary Raul Lambino and his wife Mangaldan Mayor Marilyn Lambino in Pangasinan has surfaced and expressed remorse for her action.

Razel Abracia Posadas, 36, the woman who pretended to be "Rosela Tabano," identified Jaime Aquino, a former Manila Times correspondent based in Mapandan town, as the mastermind of the trumped up charges filed against the Lambinos before the Office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon.
