LEGAZPI: The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on Friday has turned over 164 housing units to families affected by Typhoon "Rolly" in 2020.
The turnover was led by PRC Chairman Sen. Richard Gordon and officials from the International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC), the South Korean Embassy and the Singapore Red Cross.
