AT least 200 public school teachers cried foul on Thursday over their substitution as electoral board members for Cotabato City.
Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi said the teachers were called for an orientation by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MBHTE-BARMM) but were surprised to learn that they were replaced as poll workers.
