DUE to the pandemic, governments restricted the mobility of people to prevent the spread of the virus. This resulted in many organizations implementing measures — including some we had not heard of before — so that they could continue with normal work (and play).

Instead of full-time office work, many resorted to a hybrid system where jobs were done in virtual mode and at home on different days. The same thing is also happening in the case of employee training programs, town hall meetings and similar activities. Even collective bargaining agreement negotiations are being done online.
