INCUMBENT Imelda "Mel" Aguilar won the Las Piñas City's mayoral race based on partial, unofficial results of the local Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Aguilar, who is expected to be proclaimed today, Tuesday, led closest rival Doc Ferd Eusebio by 108, 644 votes as the counting ended at 6:32 a.m.
